CONCEPT

The design strategically places the master bedroom on the west side to maximize natural light and views, catering to the client's preference as early risers. The Aasman room is located on the east side, providing a luxurious space that meets the user's needs while maintaining privacy and separation from other zones. The gaming zone is designed with open space and circulation, promoting a relaxed environment. The multi-functional area is positioned near public spaces for easy access, with a powder room nearby to save space. The Riyaz room’s placement ensures easy access for early practice sessions and benefits from natural light. The staff area is placed next to the kitchen, offering functionality and separation from the main living spaces. The design preserves privacy by avoiding direct exposure from the main entry, ensuring a welcoming yet private living environment.

Design Brief

This design aims to create a harmonious living space that maximizes natural and diffused light while ensuring clear circulation for residents and their dogs. Thoughtful separation of public and private zones will reflect the unique identities of three individuals. Key features will include a riaz room, a Casio area, and a gaming station, all tailored to individual preferences. Space is designed ensuring clear circulation for the dogs and incorporate a servant’s quarter for added functionality. Our goal is to capture the clients’ storytelling nature and artistic sensibilities, with multifunctional spaces that address Mumbai’s spatial constraints and carefully selected materials that blend with their cultural backgrounds..
